Leadership coaching involves working individually with clients to develop their leadership and management skills.
Coaching provides clients with an invaluable haven from the hustle and bustle of the workplace to work on their issues through visioning, goal setting, reflection and planning actions.
Coaching is focused on meeting the clients’ needs and is action oriented.
Coaching assists clients to be “fit” for their work. In the same way that coaching in physical fitness improves physical performance, stamina and abilities, leadership coaching improves all the attributes needed to flourish at work.
Coaching benefits anyone serious about improving their leadership and management skills – be they leading 1000 others, or leading themselves, in any business sector.
Coaching has a focus on developing personal communication skills, emotional intelligence and work/life balance planning. These skills are generic to all workplaces and settings.
A typical coaching program consists of monthly two hour sessions, for a period of six months.
Sessions are provided across Northern NSW, Sydney and Brisbane. They are delivered face to face, with follow-up email, phone or SKYPE contact according to client needs.
